Information we receive

When you join the PowerPrompt email list, we receive the email address and optional first name you provide. When you purchase, Lemon Squeezy processes your checkout and may provide us with order details such as your name, email address, purchased product, order status, and support history. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.

How information is used

We use subscriber information to provide requested downloads, announce product availability and launch offers, and send occasional practical PowerPrompt content. We use order information to deliver purchases, provide customer support, prevent fraud, maintain business and tax records, and send essential transaction communications. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and retention

We use service providers, including Lemon Squeezy, to manage subscribers and operate checkout, tax, receipts, and digital delivery. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and for support, legal, accounting, and security requirements.

Your choices
